Martin Keown says Arsenal aren't fully maximizing and honouring Wenger

After over twenty(20) years of service, legendary and long-serving manager, Arsene Wenger departed. Wenger had cemented himself as one of the greatest managers to grace the Premier League, but his time was far due and he had to walk away, which he did.

Arsenal legend Martin Keown who won the Premier League on all three(3) occasions Wenger tasted league glory believes that the Frenchman is not being honored enough. He believes Wenger still has much to offer Arsenal.

In an interview with The Daily Mail, Martin said:
"Wenger was a visionary. He should be in the board room. The alternative is what he’s got now - no official link to Arsenal Football Club when he should be sitting proudly in the board room."

He continued "When I hear him talk, he still says ‘us’ and ‘we’. Have Wenger on the board and put his expertise to use."

Arsene Wenger took no other managerial job after his departure and now has a role at the Federation of International Football Association(FIFA).
