Documented: The Premier League return schedule and plans

As decided in the UEFA General meeting last week, there was an agreement between staffs of the respective top leagues and UEFA to complete the season, with a possible nullification currently out of cards. The UEFA decided that the deadline for the completion of respective leagues would be postponed indefinitely.

As reported by 'The Mirror' On Friday a committee of representatives representing each Premier League team met with representatives from the league to discuss the the possibilities surrounding league resumption. There's a widespread acceptance to see out the remaining matches of the season.

The COVID-19 pandemic is still very much on ground though the health officials are hopeful it can be curbed soon. However, time is running out for the completion of the amount of matches left with close to a hundred(100) league games left to play, and a handful in the FA cup too.

As you'd expect, playing behind closed doors is the only feasible option at this point, with clubs having accepted this fate. Players will reportedly be kept away from the general public in this period of time too, to ensure their safeties.

Some matches will be aired live with BT and SKY having agreed to show some matches in the free-to-air channels.

The players and staffs will return to training this month. The plans have been agreed upon by the teams and FA, only approval from the government is left now.
