Arsenal ready move for Bayern Munich star

Before the signing of Lucas Hernández last summer, Corentin Tolliso was Bayern Munich's most expensive player of all-time. He was signed from Lyon in the summer of 2018 for a fee in the region of €40m.

Corentin Tolliso is a very talented midfielder, such was his ability that Bayern part ways with a record fee to secure his services. He has however not lived up to the billing, with occasional niggling injuries also hampering his progress. Bayern Munich may now be ready to cash in on their record signing just two(2) years after his signing.

According to 'The Evening Standard' on Thursday morning, Arsenal are ready to make a move for the player should Bayern indeed indicate interest in a sale. Manchester United are another club said to be monitoring the player' situation, meaning Arsenal will have to fend of potential competitions.

It is unlikely that Bayern would take a loss on the €40m they paid for him, with over three(3) years left on his deal, they aren't necessarily compelled to do so.
